I followed it by reading food freedom forever and I have to say it has completely changed my relationship with food. Even as I contemplate doing another whole 30 my mindset has shifted and I want to do it for the right reasons. I can recognise that some habits are creeping back in. snacking in particular. If you need another one to reclaim the amazing results you had in December, completely changing your relationship with food...might be time for you do round 2.
