Is it time for round 2

Hey everyone!

I completed my first whole 30 last December with amazing results! I followed it by reading food freedom forever and I have to say it has completely changed my relationship with food. Even as I contemplate doing another whole 30 my mindset has shifted and I want to do it for the right reasons. I can recognise that some habits are creeping back in. snacking in particular. This concerns me because I am eating when I am not hungry. Do you think its time to do round 2 and reset my body again?
