Lots of people undersalt moving from processed foods to cooking fresh ingredients for Whole30 so maybe you're going overboard when we tell people to liberally salt their food? Kblackwell Posted June 15, 2017 Author Share Posted June 15, 2017 Hi! I don't think I am over salting because I barely use it. I sauteed spinach with a dash of salt and pepper and couldn't eat it. It's obviously been a couple of days since this and now I am fine. I guess it was just those few days with things adjusting. Thanks for the help!
