D1 M2 - Salad mix, Mushrooms with a Whole 30 approved "Greek" dressing I got from a starter pack from Thrive Market, bowl of grapes, bowl of mixed fruit.

Should have gotten some protein in on this salad, but didnt have time last night after food shopping.

Keeping up the water!

D1 M3 - Some delicious soup that @mmwtrance made, which will quickly become a household favorite!  I also had an Epic snack bar and some more fruit.

D2 M1 - Eggs, Mushrooms cooked in ghee, glass of water to start.  Tea is brewing!

Woke up with a fairly strong headache, but it died down with the water, food, and Ibuprofen.  Thinking is a little foggy, energy is down.
