HMH
Ok, so I don't have the Whole 30 book and did weigh myself last Saturday and I was down 2.5 pounds. Today I'm back up two pounds ... I know it can fluctuate based on time of month, water retention etc, but man, it is upsetting..... I'm still sticking to this, on day 18 Link to comment
laura_juggles
Stop weighing yourself. It's one of literally 3 rules: Don't eat non-compliant foods, no recreating baked goods/junk foods/treats/pancakes, don't weigh or measure for 30 days. Link to comment
Carolyn 1
Hide that scale!!! lol, If I didn't hide mine I would weigh myself everyday! Stick with it, you are doing great! Link to comment
purplepadres
Not only is not weighing yourself a rule, the Whole30 isn't meant to be a weight loss diet, although weight loss can happen. Hide your scale and trust the process! Link to comment
Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted January 5, 2018 Moderators Share Posted January 5, 2018 Forget hiding the scale - GET RID OF IT. Give it to a friend if you must -- otherwise, it will be calling your name until you break this addiction. You can do this! Link to comment
