Companies need to figure out they can just raise the price a little bit and the people who want high quality, only nut nut butter will pay for it, versus paying for the all the crap fillers. There is a huge market for people who want just straight nut butter and seems like only a few companies have figured that out. I haven't tried making any myself yet but that could be really interesting. I don't eat a lot of nut butter anyway but my husband and daughter both enjoy it so, I might just have to give it a go once we're out of almond butter!
