Feeling Awful

If you post a few days of your meals with specific veggies, portions as they relate to the template, and fat sources, we can try to help you troubleshoot.  Best guess: you might not be eating enough period, you're not eating enough fat, salt your food, and drink plenty of plain water.

Everyone has different reactions to the Whole30, and it also depends on what kind of food you were eating before.  Sleep, stress, workouts also play a factor.
