INGREDIENTS CHICKEN, ARTICHOKE HEARTS (ARTICHOKE HEARTS, WATER, SALT, CITRIC ACID). SALT, GARLIC, SUN-DRIED TOMATOES, ROASTED GARLIC (WITH OLIVE OIL), SPICE, PARSLEY AND CELERY POWDER, IN A PORK CASING I'm not sure about the 'spice' listing. For me, I was unsure on the sun-dried tomatoes because I heard they often have sugar in them. But it's not specifically listed... So would it be compliant? Companies are obligated by law to list added sugar. Tomatoes have naturally occurring sugar, as have every other fruit and veggie... they don't have to list that because it's not an ingredient.
