Healthy Fats

On page 194 of most recent book, It Starts with Food, several 'choices' are listed under BUILD YOUR PLATE: HEALTHY FATS: All (good) oils, butters, Olives, Coconut meat/flakes, Nuts and Seeds, Avocado, Coconut Milk. I'm a tad confused. Are we to consume 1 to 2 'thumbs' or Tablespoons per meal of EACH of these? Or of one of these 'choices'
