I looked at David’s tea website to see the ingredients, and it says “ Apple, almonds, cinnamon, beetroot, artificial flavouring “. now this sounds ok for whole 30 to me, but someone did mention that their dried fruit would be covered in sugar, even though I didn’t see that on the list. Is that true? If the dried fruit was covered in sugar it would be "candied mango, candied papaya" etc. I've had this tea, the fruits are not coated in sugar. Good to go!
