Do Eggs Count as Fat?

We would suggest you to add an additional fat source. Eggs do have a bit of fat so you may not need to add as much as you would if you had...say, cod or tuna or chicken breast. Add a portion of fat and see how you feel 2-3-4 hours later. If you're not hungry at hour 4-5, try adding less next time. If you're starved at hour 3, add more. It's all an experiment. ;)
