cassiemarie10
I want to get one of the Whole30 cookbooks, but I am super indecisive. Which one do you like more, Whole30 Cookbook or Whole30 Fast and Easy?
Administrators ladyshanny Posted April 30, 2018 Administrators Share Posted April 30, 2018 Whole30 Fast & Easy is literally....fast AND easy. Normal ingredients, good flavour profiles, quick prep-work, excellent results. Very impressed with that cookbook!
cassiemarie10
Thanks for the input @ladyshanny. Can't wait to go pick it up!
ldmcniel
I just got Fast & Easy, and I really don't enjoy cooking, but most of the recipes are simple enough that they don't overwhelm me, AND the ingredients are simple and normal, which is important to me because if I find a good recipe, I like to keep the ingredients ready to go just in case. KTH1010
I also have to highly recommend Mel Joulwan's cookbooks. They are such great resources, for more than just fantastic recipes -- her meal prep system and info about sourcing food and meal ideas are invaluable. I love her website but have found having hard copies of her cookbooks to be a huge help. They live on my kitchen counter alongside the whole30 book!
