LadyKT
I bought tea for Flavia from The Bright Tea Co. - Raspberry herbal teal - the ingredients are: hibiscus, rosehips, sarsaparilla root, natural raspberry flavoring, lemon peel, licorice root, ginger root, citric acid. Is that okay? Or should I toss?

mbasten
I've swapped out all my Celestial Seasonings teas for Twinings Infusions. Although some of the CS teas are safe, none of the ones I love are They used to be soy free, in case you have any old packs, read the label. Oh no! What about Sleepytime Tea by Celestial Seasonings? It's my go-to! I hope it doesn't have anything bad in it. Also, I drink alot of green tea throughout the day at work. Is that ok?
Kirsteen
Plain green tea is absolutely fine. Celestial sleepytime tea contains Chamomile, spearmint, lemongrass, tilia flowers, blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn and rosebuds, so that's fine too. It sounds really nice.
