I wouldn't recommend eating this all the time - beside the recommendation to limit the seed oils, we also recommend limiting nuts and their products and this has cashews so I would say a blob on a baked potato once in a while but it wouldn't be recommended to eat this every day or to the exclusion of all other cooking fats.
