(Home made) With the egg is usually the expiry of the egg itself - altho it often doesn't last that long Not sure of without the egg... I go by smell... you'll KNOW if it's off. Swamp Yankee Posted November 5, 2018 Share Posted November 5, 2018 Homemade mayo doesn't last long, I LOVE it with tuna or chicken, so I make about the amount I use in a week.
