StaceyFisch
My husband and I are on Day 17 (!!!) of our first round and we are both experiencing drier skin than usual for the winter... Is anyone else experiencing higher than average dry skin or itchiness? I'm not sure if it's related to something we're eating (or not eating anymore) that's causing it, but thought I'd see if anyone else has had this experience. Thanks! (PS: LOVING this program)
Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted January 23, 2019 Moderators Share Posted January 23, 2019 If you can give us a couple of days worth of meals, we may be able to point out possible culprits.
SchrodingersCat
My dry skin around my nose, which has been driving me nuts, seems to have cleared up. I put it down to increasing my fat (thanks to WW and the like, I've been a fat-avoider for a long time). Are you guys getting enough fats?
StaceyFisch
I think we are. We will have avocado and nuts, nut butter, olive oil, etc. with our meals. After reading a bit more, I'm thinking maybe it's a hormone adjustment...
