confused by the lables

What you really need to look at for whole30 is the ingredients list. If the ingredients are whole30, then the product is whole30.

The fish sauce is definitely fine.

The almonds, I can't see all the ingredients, but canola oil is not ideal -- you can read more about that here, just scroll down to canola oil, the list is alphabetical, or do a search on the page:  https://whole30.com/2013/06/the-official-can-i-have-guide-to-the-whole30/

Many foods have naturally occurring sugar, which will show up on the nutritional label. The new "added sugar" nutritional label can be confusing, because it will cover things like fruit juice which have been added. 

You're best off ignoring them completely. The ingredients are all you need to worry about.
