eposey Posted March 26, 2019 Share Posted March 26, 2019 This is my second time doing Whole30, following the guidelines and rules to the best of my ability. I am on Day 18, however, and I am consistantly bloated and feeling physically sluggish. I do CrossFit 3-4 days a week and while I am careful to eat pre-post WO snacks, it tends to affect my body poorly. Any ideas or feedback why my body is responding this way? eposey Posted March 26, 2019 Author Share Posted March 26, 2019 Since I work out in the mornings, I usually eat an RX bar 20 minutes prior to my work out, and then eat breakfast and allow it to serve as the "postWO" snack too.. I have cut down on the fat I was eating (too many avocado and pistachios) but even that has not seemed to make much of a difference. Thoughts?
