eposey Posted March 26, 2019 Share Posted March 26, 2019 This is my second time doing Whole30, following the guidelines and rules to the best of my ability. I am on Day 18, however, and I am consistantly bloated and feeling physically sluggish. I do CrossFit 3-4 days a week and while I am careful to eat pre-post WO snacks, it tends to affect my body poorly. Any ideas or feedback why my body is responding this way?
