Day 18: I am feeling bloated and my body is gaining water weight.. help?!

This is my second time doing Whole30, following the guidelines and rules to the best of my ability. I am on Day 18, however, and I am consistantly bloated and feeling physically sluggish. I do CrossFit 3-4 days a week and while I am careful to eat pre-post WO snacks, it tends to affect my body poorly. Any ideas or feedback why my body is responding this way? Advice on how to proceed best? I am not sure what problem areas to be looking into but would appreciate the help.

Since I work out in the mornings, I usually eat an RX bar 20 minutes prior to my work out, and then eat breakfast and allow it to serve as the "postWO" snack too.. I have cut down on the fat I was eating (too many avocado and pistachios) but even that has not seemed to make much of a difference. Thoughts?
