Andrea D.
Yes, to use as a thickener/condiment but not to use as a flour to make "paleo-fied" baked goods.
befabdaily
Oh good! I was wanting to make a sauce thick the other day and was stumped about what I could use. But I've got arrowroot around somewhere.

tabithalavoie
Would it be ok to use in a recipe like so: http://paleoparents.com/featured/spaghetti-squash-alla-carbonara/ ?? Sorry, I'm new to all this and I don't know if this qualifies as SWYPO or a legit Whole30 meal. Thanks in advance!
Derval
Would it be ok to use in a recipe like so: http://paleoparents....alla-carbonara/ ?? Sorry, I'm new to all this and I don't know if this qualifies as SWYPO or a legit Whole30 meal. Thanks in advance! I suppose so, but I prefer Melissa's "comfort noodles" recipe on Well Fed - just uses eggs, so no need for the arrowroot. I omit the almond meal crumb and add bacon lardons to my version. Susan W
Thanks Derval! Much appreciated! Also, you need to find sugar free bacon which is not easy where I am, but maybe easier where you are. I ended up buying pork belly and making my own "sort of bacon".
