Woof!

The steak salad looks pretty solid without the blue cheese crumbles and with oil and vinegar instead of their vinaigrette.

Alternatively, you could get the scallops on a bed of spinach instead of the risotto and some veggies? or the shrimp/spinach with the same risotto substitution, or the ny strip steak, but ask 'em not to finish it with butter.

Pasta heavy restaurants can be daunting, but think of their menu as an ingredients list. Most restaurants are pretty willing to accommodate as long as your requests are reasonable. If you like shellfish, you could ask them about the mussels or clams too. I could eat steamed clams all day every day. :)
