Sooks
I'm so upset!! I was extremely careful in reading labels with the items I bought, I even made my own spice blend! And then tonight I look at my salt (already had it pantry) and it has dextrose!!! Why the heck does salt have dextrose!! Do you think as a newbie one can have a perfect whole 30? Or do perfect whole 30's happen after the first experience? And I'm gonna keep going as I feel this is a great learning experience that and I feel great and I'm on day 9! (future self please check salt on your next whole 30) haha
Susan W
Don't beat yourself up about it. You didn't do it on purpose. Just remember to check everything. Full steam ahead.
