Starting whole 30 for the first time

@Roe66planning is essential for me. Every night I use my journal/notebook and work out what I am eating the next day, what I need to use up, what I need to prepare (eg mayo, it’s always mayo!) and what my workout will be. I get things out of the freezer and prep my lunch for work and that sort of thing. It really does avoid a lot of mindless eating issues!

I also usually cook a double roast on a Sunday. Eg. Twice the quantity of everything. I portion up a full dinner for myself for about 3-4 days, then have cold meat available for another few meals, cooked veg which is easy to heat up and eat, and that makes the first half of the week run really smoothly.
