Soy Curls?

@steubnerthe tvp is definitely out, the rules specifically say no textured vegetable protein or soy flour. (PB Whole30 rules are here: https://whole30.com/plant-based/program-rules/.)

@simmieI'm going to try to ask people who know more about this than I do, because I'm not 100% sure and I don't want to give you the wrong answer.

Soy curls are mashed up soy beans that are then extruded into the shape (a whole food).

TVP is made by separating soy protein from the other elements found in soybeans (not a whole food - a processed flour-like food)
