I would like to see forums that focus on the other eight factors. I have done a Whole30 before, but some life changes over the past year preclude me from doing another Whole30 until I make some serious adjustments to my sleep, and after my next Whole30 I plan on focussing on exercise and recovery. I think this forum's community could provide the same support for those of us working on the other factors as it does for those dealing with nutrition.

I agree! About halfway into my whole 30 I realized that the sleep issue was a HUGE deal for me. It was affecting my ability to eat breakfast, eat enough at meal times, and even eat 3 full meals. I'm still struggling with it and considering "restarting" my whole 30 so I can get the full benefit of being well rested and eating 3 balanced meals for 30 days, whereas when I started Feb 1 I was solely concerned with eating compliant foods.
