abur0418 Posted February 11, 2013 Share Posted February 11, 2013 I just started this week and I in some ways feel like I'm eating too much! If I feel full should I stop eating? I am eating recommended amounts according to the template but I still am amazed at how full I feel. Perhaps it's because I've been so restrictive lately and always go hungry!? This is what today looks like: 1- frittata made with z3 eggs, 1/2 cup spinach and some tomato and onions 1 tbsp sunflower seed butter Small handful of berries 2- 1 chicken thigh with red sauce 1/2 cup zucchini 1/4 avocado Salad with lettuce and tomato and salad dressing of oil and vinegar 3- Chicken breast seasoned w olive oil garlic and spices Carrots Mushrooms Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Robin Strathdee Posted February 11, 2013 Share Posted February 11, 2013 That looks about right - I might even say your lunch looks a little small - especially if you're used to restricting your intake. At this point, you shouldn't be eating to the point of discomfort, but you shouldn't stop with "room in the tank" either.
