There is lots of information on this site about supplements. Personally, I know I get what I need from the high quality food that I eat. I have always been horrible at sleeping so I do take Natural Calm (magnesium) now. I am not convinced it is helping.

I am sure your friend has good intentions but I would steer clear.

I am aware of their "research".... I was looking for any other studies done independently- and to know whether any of their products would be whole 30 friendly... I can't find anything on google- i was hoping someone had access to other sources or could point me in the right direction. I have no intention of purchasing until i have more real info... :)

Honestly Krissy, there are SO many supplement products that I don't think it's reasonable to expect that 3rd parties review ALL of them. There are too many to keep up with it!

http://www.consumerlab.com/aboutcl.asp is the best resource I know of, but the reviews of isotonix products are limited.

There are a few supplement articles on Whole9: http://whole9life.com/2012/02/supplement-evaluation-checklist/ and http://whole9life.com/2010/09/supplements-part-ii/

Why do you feel like you need a multi?
