Meganelizabetho
They supposedly have high levels of omega 3 and I can't eat seafood so I'm always looking for ways to compensate... The brand I'm looking at is called vega, savi seed
Moderators Tom Denham Posted March 15, 2013 Moderators Share Posted March 15, 2013 Only the Oh Natural variety from Vega would be compliant. The others have added sugar. You can have these, but I don't think they will help when it comes to omega3 fats. As best I can tell, these seeds are high in ALA which is a form of omega3 that our bodies have trouble converting to the EPA and DHA that it can use. So, yes, it has omega3s, but they are not likely to do you any good.
Fenderbender
Is it all fish or just seafood you can't eat...( I'm assuming allergy?) Shame if its all fish... Copper river salmon is gonna be running soon... I can't wait!!!
