Slipped on first day unknowingly....what to do?

Hi there! I'm in day 4 of my first Whole30. I've been cooking a lot and was feeling very proud of myself until I noticed that the smoked salmon I ate on days 1-3 was made with sugar....a total oversight on my part. Otherwise, I'm doing well, and am moving through some tiredness. My seasonal allergies have gone away, as has a sports-related injury has cleared since starting, so I'm very happy about that!

Should I restart my 30 days today, since I made that mistake?

Wot Susan said :) Obviously don't have it again but I doubt there would be enough to derail you and you've plenty of days left in your W30 to get over it. If at the end of your W30 you still feel you have sugar issues you can always keep going for a few extra days but I imagine you'll be fine. I got caught out on the smoked salmon one too on my first W30. :ph34r: *Unfortunately* :ph34r: cough, cough, it was before I ate it so I'd no excuse - I shoved it in the freezer. It's funny 'cos I actually think it might still be buried in the depths there :)
