ambenlandry Posted April 17, 2013 Share Posted April 17, 2013 Hi, I have some deer sausage that I killed and had made myself. The sausage was smoked in a smokehouse. The only ingredients are the venison, a small amount of pork, sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Is this allowed on the Whole 30 plan? Thank you in advance.
