Laketon79
So for reintroduction on Day 1 I eat dairy at each meal. Then for the next two days I eat strictly whole 30? Then on Day 4 I add gluten at each meal. Then eat whole 30 again for a few days? Am I understanding this correctly?
Physibeth
You have the idea correctly. The order doesn't have to be exactly like the book says and you don't have to reintroduce anything unless you are missing it. The idea is to give yourself enough time and isolation to understand all the physical and emotional reactions to a food group so you can make educated decisions about its long term exclusion or inclusion. Jtandi
you also have the option of doing a longer/slower reintroduction if possible (eat specific food 2 or 3 days, take it out for 5 or more), I ended up doing this but so far have only reintroduced one food...not much else I want other than DAIRY~ love me some cheese. RoseKH
When you reintroduce, do you have to eat the thing at every meal, or just at least once that day?
