Jennyebn
I was looking over my food log and re-reading parts of ISWF and I'd like to check with the experienced Whole 30 folks. I cook my food in olive oil so when I eat my stuffed peppers for instance, I count that. Same as if I sautée veggies. I love avocados and have those in my salad but not every meal. I know nuts aren't the ideal fat source but I sometimes have a handful with a meal. I haven't been hungry at all which is a huge change from me Pre W30. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks! MicheleC
I am just starting so I am not sure but it sounds reasonable. How is your energy level though? If you are low energy you may want to add in a bit more fat but if you are feeling and performing great then stick with what you are doing! Renee Lee
Jenny, if you aren't experiencing any hunger issues or energy dips, you're probably eating just enough. Don't over think it!
Patty Wilson
how do I know if I'm eating too much? I've only been doing this for two days, and I feel like I have to push myself to eat 3 meals.
