I made a compliant tapas today, which went down well with the family.

Meatballs - Lamb mince, onions and pepper, shaped and roasted with a tomato and garlic sauce.

Sweet Patatas Bravas - http://www.bbcgoodfo...m/recipes/1177/ (I dropped the sugar and subbed the sweet potatoes in)

Spinach tortilla - http://www.bbcgoodfo...pinach-omelette (just left out the potatoes)

Roast radishes with coriander - halved and roasted in olive oil

Olives - from Olives Et Al

Salad

It fed all four of us, and I have loads put away for lunches and breakfast over the next couple of days too.

Yum! My friends and I love what we call "picky eats" but they usually involve bread and cheese and hummus etc. I have been wanting to invite the ladies over for a W30 picky eats night and this looks like just what I want to serve! Thanks so much for sharing!
