opt-out
Can I have bee pollen? It's not that important too me, but my husband and I have been having an argument about this for 5 days now. I think you can - it's not the bee refined honey. He thinks you can't because to him it's sweet. Any ideas?
Melissa Urban
Holy Mary on a unicycle, now I've heard it all. Bee pollen is not sugar, and from what I can tell, it doesn't taste sweet. It's also not used as a sweetener - unless it's mixed with honey. So I'm gonna say bee pollen is okay on your Whole30. Best, Melissa

Susan W
Long ago, it was part of the diet that I fed when raising a Cockateil from a bald baby bird. Something to do with immune system I think.
