passterelli
I'm on Day 12. I consciously add at least the recommended fat to every meal. But oftentimes, I'll add even more fat before I begin eating but after I've finished cooking. (I.e. cooking Meal 1 eggs in coconut oil, baking sweet potatoes in coconut oil, and then adding a whole avocado to the plate.) it's not the case with every meal. Just wondering: too much? Or am I within safe limits. Feeling great, btw...

amberino21
I've also been doing the same - I somewhat disregard the cooking fat, and wasn't sure if that was the right thing to do. I try to limit the amount I use to cook in, so I figure I wouldn't be consuming that much of it! I know I need the fat to keep me feeling satisfied, and think that if I don't eat it at one of the 3 set meals i'm likely to want to snack somewhere inbetween!
