Lizitea
My daughter makes bfast and I appreciate the heck out of it. Everyday we eat bacon -- grassfed beef bacon -- scrambled eggs and pan fried sweet potatoes I love it, is it OK to eat the same thing every day? amberino21
Why not? Most people eat the same thing every day - think of all the cereal eaters! I go through phases where ill eat the same thing for months. It might change, but usually to something else ill eat for months.
GFChris
Just be sure your bacon is compliant (no sugar or other nasties). Also, if you want to lose weight, use bacon as a condiment instead of a full protein serving.
Ravin
Eggs would be the main protein. And I often do the same. All this week I've had the same thing. I'll change it up every few weeks.
notacommittee
I ate the same thing (hard-boiled eggs + sweet potato) for breakfast every day for a year, and didn't notice any problems! I think you're fine
1Maryann
I can't survive without my sweet potato hash. I eat it 6-7 days a week. Once in a while on a Sunday I'll have steak and eggs with tostones instead, but not often.
sheba-kitty
I get too bored, so I do have to change it up a lot. But it is basically the same. I keep trying to tweak it a little to keep it interesting
