MarissaLinnea Posted July 17, 2012 Share Posted July 17, 2012 Over the last few days, my energy level has plummeted and my cravings have gotten much worse. I'm on day 16 today. I've read the time line, my guess is that I would have more energy by this time. I've also been fairly lightheaded for a lot of the day today....feeling kinda spaced out. Is this normal? It eating enough fat in combination with your foods. If you're working out hard, maybe adding a carb source after working out along with protein? Just some thoughts. I let myself get dehydrated on both Friday and Saturday of this past week. You'd think I'd know better by now, but I was lightheaded and drooping before I realized I had not been drinking enough.
