jessicav Posted November 15, 2013 Share Posted November 15, 2013 Today is day 31 of an AIP. So, I decided to reintro eggs and then nuts this week. I had eggs at each meal but I also went a little crazy with dried fruit (very unlike me). And I ate like a cup of dried raisins and currants in addition to 5 dates. In the afternoon, my belly was really aching. So, I'm not sure if maybe the dried fruit could be the culprit or the eggs? Should I just go back to complete compliance and then reintro eggs again? Or am I just being hopeful that I am not having a reaction to eggs (I really would hate to give up eggs)? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

melbournegirl Posted November 15, 2013 Share Posted November 15, 2013 A cup of raisins is at least 5 cups of grapes, that's enough to give anyone a belly ache especially if you haven't had much dried fruit. 5 dates gives me a belly ache every time. I was feeding a few to my kids and just mindlessly eating them (something I hadn't done in 30 days)! Whoa, what a differenence a Whole30 makes because one of those things is just killing my belly.
