Why soy in my fish oil?) and I haven't found an answer in the boards or the website to one ingredient. Rice chelate - would it be OK or not? Thanks! I can't find a definitive answer to what it is with a google search but seems like it might be a rice based protein powder? My gut instinct personally is if the word rice is there it is out. Coffee Posted January 3, 2014 Author Share Posted January 3, 2014 It's an all natural anxiety supplement that my Naturopath prescribed. I couldn't find much information on what it is exactly either so I'm also leaning towards not taking it. It's a nice to use not a OMG need it type just like my other supplements so it's not the end of the world if I don't take it for 30+ days. Thanks!
