trigirl
I have tried not eating bananas and when I do I ALWAYS end up getting calf cramps in the night. I've tried supplements and they don't work. The only thing that works is eating a banana at a minimum of every other day or drinking 16oz of coconut water per day. My question is.....how will having a small banana daily effect my Whole30? Would coco water be a better option? Any other suggestions??? Thanks! Day 4 of my Whole30!
msssjenna
banana a day is totally ok. the meal guide says 2 portions of fruit a day, so 1 banana is following the guidelines.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 9, 2014 Moderators Share Posted January 9, 2014 Eating a banana per day is okay. Avocado is an even better food source of potassium.
