Almost every pre-packaged asian sauce has soy and/or sugar in it. Usually both. This is my go-to recipe for a quick, easy stirfry sauce. I use it on mixed veggies mostly.

1/4 c. coconut aminos

1 tbs. fish sauce (like red boat)

1 tbs. grated fresh ginger

2 grated cloves garlic

2 tbs. cooking oil

red pepper flakes and salt to taste.

Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil after cooking your veggies.
