Pescetarian Advice, Please

Do pescetarians following this plan usually have fish 2 times per day or is it better to have eggs twice. I usually have a whey protein shake as a meal and beans at another so this is very different for me. Just wondering what others are doing. Thanks!

From a Whole30 perspective, we would recommend following the Omnivore protocol minus the meat.  We don't recommend doing a hybrid Whole30 combining parts of the Omnivore and Vegetarian protocol, for example.

I'm not sure I have ever seen a food log from anyone but an omnivore, so it is impossible to say what is common. It really is your choice anyway. If it were me, I would eat eggs once per day and fish twice per day, but that is only because my current practice is eggs once per day.

Are you using the vegetarian protocol plus fish http://whole30.com/downloads/whole30-veg-shopping-list.pdf or the Omnivore protocol minus meat http://whole30.com/downloads/whole30-shopping-list.pdf? With the vegetarian you can add tofu and dairy. If you are doing the omnivore then you can eat whichever item you prefer twice a day

I'd really like to make a big change so I want to give up dairy and I don't trust tofu. Thanks for the advice!
