Snelson924
I'm on day 16 and my clothes are fitting any better. I haven't cheated (although I dreamed I ate a whole bag of Doritos!) and I don't feel like I've lost much weight. What gives??
Moderators Tom Denham Posted April 23, 2014 Moderators Share Posted April 23, 2014 With some people, it takes a while for their hormones to begin cooperating and creating weight loss. Some people require more than 30 days before they start to notice weight loss, but most see it by 30 days. Results at 16 days are highly variable. Snelson924
Thanks for the link. I'm not pining away for it, for sure. Just curious. I actually FEEL so much better than ever, which is more important than the weight loss right now. Another question: what is "tiger blood"? I keep reading this but have no idea what it is
GFChris
Your question is timely: Robin Strathdee wrote an article and updated the Tiger Blood definition 2 days ago. Happy reading! http://www.whole30.com/2014/04/tiger-blood/
hockeymom
Snelson924 - I'm glad you asked the question!! I'm on day 19 and feeling the same way. I feel awesome though, so I'm hoping if I keep it up, eventually I'll get there.
klokeman
I'm in a similar spot, but it's Day 27 for me and my clothes are tighter than before. I'm very disappointed.
