Clothes not fitting any better?

With some people, it takes a while for their hormones to begin cooperating and creating weight loss. Some people require more than 30 days before they start to notice weight loss, but most see it by 30 days. Results at 16 days are highly variable.

Thanks for the link. I'm not pining away for it, for sure. Just curious. I actually FEEL so much better than ever, which is more important than the weight loss right now.

Another question: what is "tiger blood"? I keep reading this but have no idea what it is
