My husband and I finished a Whole 60 on May 1st. He has lost 47 lbs, and I have dropped 25! We were feeling great! Until his foot became really painful...diagnosis? Gout! And the cause is a high animal protein diet. We are devastated. How do we go on being healthy when all the "wisdom" for gout says he needs to cut animal protein out and eat more grains :( HELP!
