ferrarri
So... I'm on day 8 of my whole 30! Things have been going great. No big sugar cravings, sticking to the rules...so I thought! I was putting dijon mustard in my tuna and I realized that one of the ingredients is white wine. This isn't the first time I've used it either! I don't drink at all, the only thing I drink ever is water. I was just wondering does this mean I have to start over. Any suggestions?

WholeRN
This is so frustrating because so many recipes call for Dijon mustard, including within the printed books. But what makes mustard Dijon IS the wine. It doesn't make sense.
ArtFossil
It's not the "wine" (Dijon mustard is made with white vinegar or white wine vinegar, both OK) that makes some brands non-compliant, it's the sulphites (or other off-plan additives). Annie's makes a compliant Dijon mustard and there are probably others. Just make sure you look at the ingredients.
