Day 20 - Still up all night peeing?

I've always been one to drink plenty of water. I haven't changed the amount I've been drinking since starting Whole 30, but now I can't get through the night without peeing 2-3 times. I have been exhausted because I'm not getting good sleep, and its pretty frustrating. I don't want to cut back on the amount of water i'm drinking - probably about 10 cups a day. Is my body holding on to water in a different way now?

It's not uncommon to pee a lot more when your body is shedding inflammation (not related to water intake), but usually it subsides after a week or so. Excessive urination can also be a sign that you are not eating many carbs; eating more starchy carbs, particularly in the last meal of the day might help.
