I haven't changed the amount I've been drinking since starting Whole 30, but now I can't get through the night without peeing 2-3 times. I have been exhausted because I'm not getting good sleep, and its pretty frustrating. I don't want to cut back on the amount of water i'm drinking - probably about 10 cups a day.
