SonyaCPerez Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 I'm on day 2. Day 1 started out great and then after lunch I threw up. I had chicken, walnuts, avocado and grapefruit for breakfast and then for lunch I had a chicken bowl of lettuce, guacamole, chicken and corn salsa.
