anahita Posted January 7, 2015 Share Posted January 7, 2015 Anyone know if egg "wraps" are SWYPO? So an omelette made with just egg and you "wrap" food in it. In a group I admin, someone posted a "burrito egg wrap", filled with compliant chicken and vegetables. Not sure if considered SWYPO or not? We stuffed them with shrimp, lined up the rolls in a casserole dish and smothered them in compliant salsa verde before popping back into the oven to warm through. They were super good.
