toeinthetide
I recently made a batch of hollandaise sauce using ghee... and it turned out amazing. Worth the effort. I could put it on tree bark and it would taste delicious (Tree bark is compliant... right??) I felt like I was eating a fancy, decadent, treat. Cheese is something I really miss, but this satified that type of craving for me.

Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 22, 2015 Administrators Share Posted January 22, 2015 Yes, recipe please. I don't really like hollandaise but always looking for things that will branch out the standard meat and veggies into another realm of deliciousness. toeinthetide
Funny enough, I used the recipe out of my former cooking Bible, How to Cook Everything Vegetarian by Mark Bittman. Julia has a good one too, similar to what I used. http://www.food.com/recipe/julia-childs-hollandaise-sauce-251332 Just use ghee instead of butter.
