kaitlinwestbroek
I'm wrestling with a monster here. The strict rules of whole30 have triggered my eating disorder full force (have been in active recovery for about 2 years). While I thought this would be really good for me to not count calories, macros, or numbers on the scale I am finding that a couple mess ups on the program has triggered the perfectionist monster inside me. I think I've eaten maybe 2 or 3 meals over the last 4 days. I'm frustrated, weak, lightheaded, and oh so tired. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what you did about it. I am thinking of quitting my whole30 (on day 14). Does anyone out there deal with a restricting eating disorder and succesfully completed your whole30? Administrators ladyshanny Posted February 5, 2015 Administrators Share Posted February 5, 2015 Take a peek at this article too. It sounds like you already know that your W30 has gone bad....but it has some pretty good tips on how to move ahead. http://whole30.com/2012/02/whole30-gone-bad/
