not feeling well

i am on day 7 and doing pretty well with my diet however the reason i started was to try and get rid of some nausea and kinda acid reflux feelings.  been having them off and on and more on lately so i decided to do whole 30(this will be my 2nd time)

i am really hoping this can work for the nausea/maybe reflux/maybe bacteria from overdoing probiotics and poor diet/not sure of diagnosis but has anyone else benefitted  from these symptoms on whole 30?

Without having more details about the hows and whys of the nausea and what you have been eating, it is difficult to guess why you might not be feeling well.  You are welcome to post a few days worth of foods including portion size & timing, fluids, sleep, stress, exercise and anything else you think might be relevant and we can take a look and see if anything stands out.

i was feeling like this before whole 30 and i think is stomach acid related or maybe bacteria in the gut from too many probiotics/poor food choices/or acid reflux  

really wondering if others had felt some relief after a whole 30.....
