jmcbn
The recommendation is for protein & fat - most people go for a hard boiled egg...Post WO is protein & carbs with the most popular choice being chicken & sweet potato.
kirkor
Some of the keto guys use MCT oil along with caffeine, so you could do a Tbsp of coconut oil for a bit of fuel.

J_simms87
I usually do coffee and then I have been having the Simply Balanced Organic apple berry pouch (Ingredients: apple puree, blueberry puree, strawberry puree, lemon juice concentrate, and ascorbic acid) You can get these at Target - I also limit them to only preWO - I need a little something in my tummy personally! I try to avoid nuts preWO as it is so slow digesting it usually causes an upset stomach for me or cramps!!! (again this is just me!!) This is my third whole30!! Wish me luck again!!! Eeeek!
